Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor/stockroom.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and using basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills is preferred.
