Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and ATG managers to plan design work and ensure timely handover of complete, accurate design deliverables.
  • •Assist in design and detailed development by monitoring progress and recommending design amendments or improvements.
  • •Ensure required deliverables are provided on time, accurately, and in accordance with the brief, including variations, adjustments, and documentation requirements.
  • •Review allocated client manuals and project applications for site compliance, and coordinate with the site team to support understanding of design documents.
  • •Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with reviewed design work, generate design review reports, advise the Project Manager on issues, and provide project progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture with knowledge of preparing concept and detail drawings and designs.
  • •Preferably experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • •2–3 years of experience using AutoCAD with strong expertise to solve design and project execution problems.
  • •Ability to coordinate with clients, external consultants, and Project Managers to ensure design intent and specifications are followed through handover.
