Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a working view of target EMEA accounts, including contacts, campaign exposure, and pipeline stage.
  • •Partner with AEs to build account engagement plans and execute plays (e.g., roundtables, CxO dinners, partner-led motions, direct mail, personalized digital, ABM touches).
  • •Bring EMEA market intelligence back into the marketing org and drive regional adaptations to language, cultural context, proof points, and positioning.
  • •Coordinate DX’s presence at key EMEA events and run use-case-led executive programs; recruit executives as attendees or speakers.
  • •Host EMEA webinars and partner with demand gen to promote them; identify and test new channels/communities/partners to expand reach.

Key Requirements

  • •Have experience running field or regional marketing in a B2B SaaS or developer tools company with limited support, prioritizing ruthlessly.
  • •Think in named accounts and plan engagement against pipeline stages with the right contacts and plays.
  • •Have run executive programs/events before—covering positioning, agenda design, and follow-through to drive outcomes.
  • •Be comfortable both with writing webinar briefs and reviewing campaign sequences or working booths/event activations.
  • •Collaborate effectively with demand gen, events, product marketing, and sales to make cross-team work productive without needing to own everything.
