Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate correct scan execution and troubleshoot credential, communication, and plugin/update issues impacting ACAS scans.
  • •Review scan results to identify systems not being scanned and to resolve scanning/automation problems.
  • •Compile scan results to support asset inventory requirements and prioritize vulnerability remediation based on risk impact.
  • •Conduct cyber hygiene audits for new systems before production deployment and provide ACAS support for RMF authorizations; brief leadership weekly on findings.
