Key Responsibilities

  • •Write code and build AI agents used in production workflows.
  • •Design and implement internal systems from early versions through full builds (v1 to v100).
  • •Translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools.
  • •Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver agentic automation aligned to GTM/Ops/Compliance needs.
  • •Prototype and iterate on workflows, including exploring whether traditional CRM is needed in an AI-driven process.

  • •Build orchestrated sets of AI agents that work well and continue improving in production.
  • •Experience shipping systems from scratch and iterating quickly (v1 today, improvements tomorrow).
  • •Write code in Python, JS, and SQL and be comfortable working with APIs.
  • •Build or understand agent/agentic architecture concepts such as Thin Harness and Fat Skills.
  • •3+ years in engineering, growth product management, or technical RevOps; understand sales-funnel and business logic behind data moved.
