Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identifying strengths/weaknesses and opportunities to improve
  • •Coach, develop, and manage performance of assigned associates; provide feedback and demonstrate desired skills
  • •Prevent and resolve conflict among team members; ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and train associates using quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time
