Lead a dynamic, multi-shift production environment by coordinating a team of Production Supervisors to meet daily targets and produce high-quality products on schedule. Drive operational efficiency and profitability through yield, efficiency, and staffing/scheduling management. Champion safety and ergonomics, uphold sanitation and USDA compliance, and reinforce standards through line meetings. Train teams and drive continuous improvement to build resilient, flexible plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate Production Supervisors in a multi-shift production environment to meet daily targets.
•Monitor daily/weekly yields, efficiencies, and profitability and take corrective action as needed; manage staffing and production schedules.
•Develop and implement safety and ergonomic programs, including training employees on safe work practices and addressing hazards/ergonomic concerns.
•Uphold sanitation, product quality, and customer service standards to meet USDA and company compliance expectations through regular line meetings.
•Train supervisors and employees on company policies/procedures and drive continuous improvement to enhance team performance and plant efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (accredited four-year) and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
•Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
•Ability to use computer applications including time-keeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational procedures to optimize yields and plant efficiency.
•Open to travel up to 10% of the time.
