Director - Change Management & Communications

Lead the Group Services change management and communications strategy across enterprise initiatives, shared service transformations, and operating model evolution. Define and govern change management standards, manage end-to-end change delivery, and translate complex programs into clear narratives for leadership, managers, and frontline teams. Build stakeholder engagement and a change champion network, drive adoption and capability building, and measure effectiveness using engagement, readiness, sentiment, and change health metrics.
