•Manage and nurture key Water client relationships across Victoria and maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
•Understand client business needs, priorities and project drivers to help identify opportunities and align pursuits with water business objectives.
•Coordinate client interactions and enable collaboration across technical and project teams to package integrated cross-discipline engineering solutions.
•Contribute to account planning activities and support business development, including proposal preparation and pipeline tracking.
•Work with project and operational teams to deliver quality outcomes that meet client expectations and develop strong internal relationships across business lines.
