Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed security practices into the secure development pipeline and enable developers to write secure code faster.
  • •Architect and design products to guarantee secure practices, data confidentiality, and system integrity.
  • •Implement ARM TrustZone secure applets and cryptographic IoT device identity and root of trust.
  • •Define security requirements, conduct security assessments, and support audits and certifications to applicable standards.
  • •Improve vulnerability discovery and patching processes and lead responses to external security threats.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of industry experience in firmware development with a focus on security (an advanced degree can contribute).
  • •Experience developing for embedded systems and Linux platforms in C and C++.
  • •Strong cryptographic engineering knowledge (encryption, hashing, signing, digital certificates) and hardware security modules (HSMs).
  • •Experience aligning embedded product security practices with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., EU CRA, NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
  • •Experience with IP protection and anti-tamper in embedded systems, including secure boot, firmware encryption, and debug port protection.
