Quantify roadmap impact, translate insights into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and bring expert SQL skills plus strong statistical reasoning and BI storytelling.

•Define, track, and socialize core KPIs and OKRs for the product.
•Own data logging needs and ensure pipelines support accurate product tracking.
•Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and optimization areas across the product funnel.
•Quantify expected impact of potential features to help prioritize the roadmap.
•Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the product team and leadership/stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 60,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Expert-level SQL skills to query, manipulate, and transform large relational datasets into functional data pipelines.
•Experience designing and building automated data pipelines and transformations.
•Strong product thinking to translate customer needs into problem statements, success metrics, and opportunity sizing.
•Strong understanding of statistical concepts, ideally applied via programming languages such as Python or R.
•Ability to turn raw data into clear narratives and actionable business insights using BI tooling such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
