Job Summary

Support the EU Business Legal DACH team by working with in-house lawyers on legal research and contract reviews. Help with set-up of new funds and onboarding external fund managers, and participate in negotiations for standard contracts with fund managers, custodian banks, and clients. Contribute to legal and contractual processes across the institutional fund business, including using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to develop solutions.
