Job Summary

Design and continuously optimize pre- and post charge-off email strategies that drive digital self-service adoption, improve payment outcomes, and support credit loss mitigation. Own end-to-end execution of automated and manual email campaigns, dynamic template ecosystems, and database-backed eligibility logic. Partner with technology teams and vendors to deliver releases through UAT and monitoring, and build orchestration/Next Best Action strategies across digital and agent-based outreach using KPIs, experimentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own proactive email engagement strategy across delinquency and charge-off stages, including content, cadence, targeting, and sequencing.
•Define customer journeys by segment and manage end-to-end execution of manual email campaigns from account selection through deployment and optimization.
•Own the dynamic email template ecosystem, including variables and eligibility logic, and maintain configuration tables and mappings for correct processing.
•Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and executive readouts to recommend improvements, and develop standardized reporting for control/audit readiness.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to design holistic orchestration and Next Best Action strategies integrating digital and agent-based outreach, including decision logic and rule-based automated communications.
