Key Responsibilities

  • •Help enforce safety rules, including safety for assets and information.
  • •Generate quality data for line tests per the assigned statistical process control plan for each product/batch.
  • •Generate quality data for resin receipt inspections using the specified tests (e.g., MFR).
  • •Take samples for line and batch-closeout tests based on work instructions, and perform lab equipment cleaning.
  • •Enter and release quality data in the statistical process control system, communicate results and out-of-spec data, and assist with incident investigations.

  • •Support asset protection and legal/regulatory compliance requirements.
