Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in processing and clearing physical stock and book entry shares.
  • •Support receipt, review, and maintenance of physical stock certificates and related documentation.
  • •Learn securities transaction flow, including interactions with transfer agents, depositories, and custodians.
  • •Research and resolve exceptions while ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • •Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate across the firm to support timely, accurate processing and service.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related degree (preferred).
  • •Anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later.
