Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, establish, and continuously evolve engineering performance frameworks and KPIs aligned to ES EMEA strategy.
  • •Drive operational excellence across ES EMEA by ensuring KPI deployment and alignment.
  • •Optimize the end-to-end product development lifecycle to simplify, standardize, and improve engineering processes and tools.
  • •Lead the engineering continuous improvement strategy aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS), building a portfolio of CI initiatives.
  • •Lead and facilitate CI methods (VSM, RIE, BPI, A3, Kaizen) and represent engineering excellence in EMEA/enterprise functional excellence forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Operations).
  • •Over 5 years of experience in technical project/program management or operations excellence.
  • •Experience leading projects through all stages of the product development cycle.
  • •Strong experience across full product development life cycle, including product line support engineering.
  • •Proficiency with continuous improvement methods (e.g., PDCA, DMAIC, or Lean Six Sigma within PDCA) and KPI/ROI/financial acumen for cost to develop.
