Key Responsibilities

  • •Foster cooperation and communication with other departments, vendors, and the Technology Group.
  • •Monitor vendor bulletins/release notes and oversee daily software parameter and configuration changes, ensuring documentation and change control.
  • •Coordinate software releases with Project Office personnel to ensure timely production scheduling.
  • •Advise business and technology department managers on assigned systems and help develop techniques and procedures to implement technology effectively.
  • •Evaluate, test, install, and audit system changes/releases with vendors and support acquisitions/merger technology planning.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • •Minimum 10 years of related experience in quality control, project and/or application support.
  • •In-depth technical knowledge of the assigned systems and how they relate to processing.
  • •Strong reading, writing, grammatical, analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
  • •A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel when necessary; may be eligible for telecommuting.
