Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Windows as the primary platform, building and delivering Windows client applications with deep Windows internals and system-level expertise.
  • •Expand endpoint coverage to macOS and Linux by adapting platform knowledge to new OS models, APIs, and toolchains.
  • •Develop platform-specific features across endpoints (e.g., Windows services, shell extensions, COM/DCOM, kernel-mode components; macOS system extensions/launchd; macOS/Linux integrations).
  • •Perform crash analysis and performance profiling using platform-native tooling to diagnose hard-to-reproduce issues.
  • •Build AI-powered features across endpoint platforms and automate build and release pipelines to improve reliability and delivery velocity.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong proficiency in C/C++ for Windows and endpoint development, with familiarity in at least one additional language (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Swift).
  • •Deep understanding of Windows internals (Win32 API, Windows SDK, OS-level concepts) and ability to apply equivalent depth to macOS/Linux.
  • •Solid experience with Windows platform development including Windows services, COM/DCOM, shell/registry/system APIs, or kernel-mode development.
  • •Familiarity with Windows debugging and performance profiling tools such as WinDbg, Xperf, ETW, ProcMon, and Process Explorer.
  • •Cross-platform mindset and ability to ramp up on new environments; familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers).
