Define and drive the technical direction of a global ServiceNow platform, serving as senior authority for enterprise architecture, solution design, engineering standards, and long-term scalability. Key Responsibilities

•Define the enterprise ServiceNow technical roadmap, design standards, governance controls, and reusable solution patterns.
•Lead architecture and technical design of complex ServiceNow implementations, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
•Champion upgrade-safe, scalable solutions by promoting out-of-the-box capabilities and reducing technical debt.
•Guide data and integration architecture across ServiceNow, CMDB, service mapping, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, and connected enterprise systems.
•Evaluate and guide adoption of modern capabilities including Now Assist, AI-enabled workflows, advanced analytics, and enterprise self-service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years of ServiceNow experience, including 2 years of leadership experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Experience defining ServiceNow architecture, technical standards, governance models, and scalable solution patterns in large enterprise environments.
•Experience leading technical design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
•Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow technologies including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, MID Server, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
•U.S. citizenship is required.
