Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with ITIL guidelines.
•Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software assets across the organization.
•Oversee the entire asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, renewal, and disposal.
•Track license compliance and usage for software assets to avoid legal and financial risks.
•Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure proper asset acquisition and allocation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•Experience with IT asset management, preferably in an ITIL-driven environment
•Knowledge of ITIL framework, especially Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM)
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Familiarity with asset management tools and CMDB systems
