Loan Closer Senior (SBA)

Independently manage documentation for conventional and government-guaranteed SBA loan transactions from origination through closing. Serve as the primary representative in the closing process, gather and review all required items, coordinate with legal counsel on closing documents, and oversee loan closing activities across internal teams, partners, and vendors. Partner with Structured Finance teammates to support progress toward funding objectives, while providing training and guidance to the Closing Team and improving closing reports, processes, and procedures.
