Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete learning milestones and participate in training, workshops, coaching sessions, and other development activities throughout the programme.
  • •Support departmental operations and assigned projects and initiatives while learning company policies, processes, systems, and best practices.
  • •Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across APAC markets.
  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, analyzing revenue, profitability, operating expenses, and key business performance indicators.
  • •Contribute to process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, investment evaluations/business cases, and ad-hoc analyses while ensuring compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and governance requirements.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three (2) years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI and SQL (and/or other digital platforms) is an added advantage where applicable.
