Float Personal Banker Associate I - North Cincinnati Region

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I trainee after a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet customers’ financial needs, cross-sell products, and set appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Build relationships with business partners, process teller transactions, and support goals tied to the Financial Center P&L while following policies and risk guidelines.
