Job Summary

Lead execution of the global GTF MRO industrial strategy across component repair operations, driving capacity ramp modeling, network performance visibility, and readiness planning. Partner with Commercial Aftermarket, Commercial Engine Operations, Programs, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and internal/partner repair shops to align assumptions, govern performance routines, identify constraints, and coordinate recovery actions. Deliver strategic insights and scenario-based recommendations to senior operations leadership to ensure stable output and long-range network health.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, refine, align, and execute integrated DSP capacity ramp models, readiness assessments, and throughput projections across planning cycles.
•Drive cross-functional engagement to validate assumptions, identify risks, and ensure consistency across Commercial Operations, Programs, Supply Chain, and shop operations.
•Lead network product introduction performance visibility and governance using dashboards, KPIs, and senior leadership reporting.
•Identify network-level constraints and coordinate recovery actions across internal and partner MRO shops.
•Conduct scenario modeling to inform industrial ramp strategies, shop visit planning, mitigation actions, and routing decisions.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree and 10+ years’ experience in MRO operations, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, aftermarket, operational planning, or general aerospace; or a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant industry experience.
•Experience developing and executing integrated capacity ramp models, readiness assessments, and throughput projections across planning cycles.
•Experience leading cross-functional performance or readiness governance in a highly matrixed environment.
•Experience with engine MRO operations, component repair, or engine overhaul processes.
•Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate executive-level recommendations, insights, and action plans.
