Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide flexible coverage across the zone by cross-training across all jobs within the zone and stepping into assignments based on operational needs.
  • •Support assembly by using procedures, drawings, and standard work instructions to complete tasks.
  • •Verify, inspect, and test work to meet quality requirements.
  • •Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque, and hand tools as applicable while following safety rules and maintaining a clean workplace using 5S.
  • •Support continuous improvement, resolve problems at the lowest level, and attend required trainings and weekly MDI meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Locate, learn, and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings, and standard work instructions.

  • •Ability to stand 8–10 hours daily and keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment.
