Job Summary

Drive individual sales and productivity goals while delivering Coach Experience customer service. Represent the brand as a brand ambassador, model sales behaviors from company training, and support omni-channel and virtual selling, including live stream shopping. Work with multiple customers at once, anticipate customer needs, and contribute to team performance and store culture. Use POS and mobile POS tools and engage customers in brand marketing and clienteling to build repeat purchase loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet personal sales and productivity goals while delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.
•Represent Coach to consumers and behave as a brand ambassador.
•Model sales behaviors from company training, including omni-channel sales and virtual selling services.
•Support customer needs by working with multiple customers simultaneously and providing service per Coach Experience standards.
•Participate as a team member, encourage team performance, and champion company initiatives to drive outstanding customer service.

Key Requirements

•Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable (education and experience considered).
•Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
•Experience with POS operations and basic computer proficiency, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (oral and written) and to handle store floor movement plus moderate stockroom lifting.
•Strong English language proficiency.
