Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to sustaining engineering calls and troubleshoot recurring design or maintenance issues.
  • •Perform re-engineering for attractions across complex mechanical, structural, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Develop capital project scopes, manage progress from design through installation, and oversee schedules and budgets.
  • •Interface with vendors and coordinate engineering activities between vendors, engineers, ride/show management, and technicians.
  • •Produce and oversee acceptance test procedures (ATP), review Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and provide project status updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 7 years of mechanical/structural detailed design experience with dynamic motion systems/components.
  • •Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in mechanical/structural systems in a large machine environment.
  • •Proficiency with mechanical drawings and technical documentation, including Solidworks and AutoCAD.
  • •Knowledge of servo controls and hydraulic/pneumatic design, plus the ability to perform engineering calculations for design, test, and implementation.
