Key Responsibilities

  • •Applies advanced and wide-ranging knowledge to drive execution of tangible performance and E2E process improvement projects involving complex requests, using excellence tools and methodologies.
  • •Establishes a culture of Impact and Execution Excellence supporting design and deployment of Excellence practice tools and methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process Management, Project Management, Change management and Performance Management).
  • •Diagnoses and resolves complex issues across or within business units, regions, or functions, delivering strategic solutions and technical guidance.
  • •Drives business process standardization and simplification initiatives, using process analysis and optimization (including automation) to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • •Enhances process interconnection, automation, and integration by deploying advanced tools and technologies to automate key business workflows, coordinating with process owners and PSE teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
  • •Strong background in project management, change management or operations with demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements.
  • •Experience applying advanced tools and methodologies for process management, continuous improvement and performance management.
  • •Proven ability to diagnose complex issues and deliver strategic solutions with measurable impact.
