Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center construction programs as a key day-to-day client interface. Own project budgets and cost plans, produce estimating and benchmarking analyses, and lead change order evaluation and commercial recommendations. Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost risk assessments, partner with design and contractor teams on value engineering, and ensure strong financial controls through quantity surveying, payment application review, and procurement support.
