Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and analyze financial data, spread financial statements, and calculate credit metrics to support underwriting accuracy.
  • •Model future and downside financial performance and prepare thorough credit underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
  • •Monitor portfolio accounts for covenant compliance, liquidity/earnings trends, data integrity, and timely risk-rating updates.
  • •Manage lending approval processes for commitments, amendments, waivers, and consents and provide recommendations to credit executives.
  • •Review and maintain legal documentation (credit agreements, guarantees, collateral and security pledges) and conduct required KYC/OFAC/beneficial ownership checks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking and/or financial services experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, economics and/or business.
  • •Experience with syndicated deals (strongly preferred) and/or leveraged finance, debt capital markets, investment banking, or large corporate experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and credit metrics to assess corporate creditworthiness and risk.
  • •Competent with Microsoft Office and able to learn and use other technology applications.
