Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide managed security services by monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to restore service under SLA.
  • •Review client requests/tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service levels.
  • •Integrate UEBA with other security systems.
  • •Manage and configure UEBA tools and agents.
  • •Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments, and support project work as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent IT/Computing qualification) or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
  • •3+ years of relevant managed services experience supporting Security Infrastructure.
  • •Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
  • •Moderate working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •Proposed OEM level certification is required; moderate experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
