Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a diverse team of engineers, analysts, QA, etc., delivering technology capabilities in partnership with business stakeholders and architecture.
  • •Drive design, development, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and support of platforms/applications with a focus on reuse, portability, and maintainability.
  • •Establish and enforce quality standards, leverage automation, ensure performance and uptime at scale, and maintain high code quality.
  • •Own observability and KPI reviews for software in production to inform roadmap and improvements; partner with central teams to evolve best practices.
  • •Promote DevOps practices to improve reliability, efficiency, security, and delivery speed; engage with external vendors when needed

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field (relevant work experience in lieu of degree may be considered)
  • •5 years of progressively increasing IS Leadership and Management experience in a complex global environment
  • •Experience in Apparel and Footwear preferred
  • •Demonstrated strategic planning experience for both business and systems
  • •Proficient in automating build and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and implementing Continuous Delivery best practices
