Senior Director, Credit Asset Management (Los Angeles Office)

Lead credit asset management for multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans, overseeing third-party asset managers and managing loan modifications, complex workouts, and resolutions. Drive portfolio-level performance for watchlist, sub-performing, and non-performing loans, including risk rating, valuations, and loss-minimizing recovery strategies. Collaborate with internal credit, capital markets, accounting, servicers, lenders, and legal counsel, while implementing process efficiencies and ensuring timely delivery of third-party scope of work.
