•Display initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change to drive store performance.
•Training and developing store associates through consistent coaching and roleplay; monitor progress and set quarterly personal development goals.
•Assist the Store Manager with recruiting and networking to maintain a strong bench of candidates and high-caliber performers.
•Ensure exceptional client experience by maintaining brand standards, customer service, and collaboration with the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 24 - 27 hourly
