Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store team by fostering a customer-focused culture and executing the Trane Technologies RMX program.
  • •Develop and coach a diverse team to achieve warehouse and retail performance goals and business results.
  • •Develop and execute annual store operating plans, including forecasting, reports, audits, and reviews for business process and financial compliance.
  • •Manage store operations to ensure standard work, productivity, quality, and inventory execution, including reducing obsolete slow-moving inventory and supporting customer availability.
  • •Maintain showroom appearance and ensure showroom/workplace readiness; occasionally operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Requirements

  • •Two years supervisory experience, preferably in retail, with proven sales experience and the ability to build customer relationships.
  • •Results-driven team player who can maintain performance in challenging customer situations.
  • •Proficiency in an inventory management system or retail sales program, with strong computer skills.
  • •Associate’s (AA) degree preferred; GED or High School Diploma required.
  • •Basic understanding of Lean Principles and a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent violations.
