Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic direction and leadership to drive GeForce as the dominant gaming platform within the industry
•Collaborate with AIC/OEM partners on forecasts, sales plans, distributor programs, and incentives to meet targets
•Identify and appoint a distributor for NVIDIA-branded products and develop high-impact demand generation programs
•Coordinate with operations to ensure distributor inventory and credit performance and address issues
•Work with Marketing to develop channel promotions and ensure distributor/retailer buy-in of key activities

Key Requirements

•5+ years of senior sales and marketing experience in IT or consumer products with proven success in sales management, working with distributors, and leading a team
•A BS degree or equivalent experience (MBA or similar qualifications a plus)
•Previous experience with IT retail companies, telecommunications providers, and gaming-focused organizations is a plus
•Mandarin language ability is beneficial but not mandatory
•Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation skills, and self-discipline
