Key Responsibilities

  • •Design full-stack (MERN) solutions, including solutioning, review, and POC handson development.
  • •Perform database design and updates as part of end-to-end solution delivery.
  • •Lead architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of innovative GenAI-enabled solutions.
  • •Serve as technology owner for large programs and lead system/platform integration.
  • •Ensure deliveries adhere to non-functional requirements and schedule; troubleshoot and resolve coding/design issues; devise and document best-fit solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of experience building end-to-end solutions with strong architecture and leadership experience.
  • •Experience designing and developing full-stack (MERN) solutions, including Node.js, React, TypeScript, and related web technologies.
  • •Strong ability to handle database design and updates, and to develop/iterate on proofs of concept (POCs).
  • •Deep knowledge of GenAI, including RAG-related technologies, and architecture/design/deployment/monitoring of solutions.
  • •Domain knowledge in Life Sciences (Pharma and R&D) and ability to lead solutioning for clients and large programs as a technology owner.
