Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess customers’ Falcon environments and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
  • •Provide recommendations to improve security and create remediation guidance for components affecting posture.
  • •Contact customers directly when misalignment is identified, and document/update issues in line with established procedures and SLAs.
  • •Develop and provide service reports and security stats as requested.
  • •Partner with internal teams and liaise with support to troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
  • •Strong customer empathy and the ability to guide customers to desired outcomes.
