Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ecology, EIA, and heritage project delivery across British Columbia to ensure strong financial and schedule performance.
  • •Implement and maintain project controls processes aligned with contractual commitments, regulatory obligations, and corporate requirements.
  • •Guide project managers through forecasting, budget management, and project rebaselining when variances occur.
  • •Monitor project costs, schedules, accruals, and cash flow, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • •Develop project dashboards and earned value/management reporting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate progress and forecasts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 77,400 - 102,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Finance, Environmental Studies, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • •7-9 years of progressive project controls, cost controls, or project financial management experience in consulting, engineering, environmental, or infrastructure settings.
  • •Experience supporting ecology, environmental assessment, permitting, archaeology, heritage, or natural resource projects.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Oracle financial systems and Excel, including forecasting methodologies and variance reporting.
  • •Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6, plus ERP/project financial systems experience (asset).
