Job Summary

Lead environmental support for North Slope operations by advancing HSE policies, programs, and environmental stewardship. Serve as a technical resource to ensure compliance with air permits, SPCC, oil discharge prevention, APDES, spill reporting, waste management, and wildlife/land/water requirements. Conduct onsite audits, provide agency-facing compliance reporting and training, maintain key environmental manuals and databases, and support incident response and regulatory advocacy.

•Develop environmental programs in line with corporate, CPAI, and statutory requirements.
•Serve as a technical resource to coordinate field compliance for environmental regulations and related field issues.
•Assess field activities via onsite audits/site visits to validate environmental compliance, including procedural verifications.
•Prepare written compliance reports for agencies, represent the company during inspections, and coordinate training and incident response support.

Key Requirements

•Legally authorized to work in the United States and have a current/valid driver’s license.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field.
•5+ years of environmental permitting and compliance experience with emphasis on upstream exploration, production, industrial, or abandonment operations.
•Willing and able to work a rotating 2 week on/2 week off schedule in a remote North Slope location.
•Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time and meet physical demands/work environment requirements.
