Key Responsibilities

•Ensure high uptime and preventive maintenance (PM) execution with seamless vendor coordination for resolving tools hardware and software issues; focus on advanced toolsets like Focused Ion Beam, RIEs, and electron microscopes.
•Partner closely with equipment owners, lab operations, EHS, and external OEMs to sustain capability, and drive MTBF/MTTR improvements for rapid high-priority case resolution.
•Design new lab space with environmental controls including vibration, EMI, and acoustics.
•Lead structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA) and convert escapes into standard work and documented fixes.
•Provide on-call/shift coverage and coordinate field service, escalations, and remote diagnostics with OEMs and third-party service providers.

Salary: SGD 71,400 - 102,000 annually
