•Lead and drive complex architectural initiatives across teams, defining standards and best practices for scalable, maintainable systems
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multiple teams to deliver cutting-edge cloud solutions
•Define and evolve architectural standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability
•Stay ahead of cloud software trends and technologies to shape Crusoe’s technical direction and competitive advantage
•Architect, build, and evolve Kubernetes operators and controllers, ensuring reliability and efficiency of the Kubernetes environment

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Systems Engineering and large-scale distributed systems
•3+ years of GoLang programming experience, with a track record of delivering production-grade systems
•extensive experience with Kubernetes and Linux engineering, including advanced debugging and performance optimization
•infrastructure as code expertise with a strong understanding of complex systems-level challenges at scale
•experience with Terraform and GCP (preferred), with the ability to influence platform-level decisions
