Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in projects and programmes.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and Turner & Townsend policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring applications are made correctly and timely.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery, KPIs and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Strong cost management experience with a sound understanding of cost management, valuation, estimating, pricing, reporting, and procurement.
  • •Contract management experience, with NEC3 being preferred.
  • •Experience with change management, change control, and governance processing.
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership (or equivalent).
