Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team managing pricing and programming practices for Samsung Home Appliances and drive cross-functional pricing initiatives for the Builder channel.
  • •Partner with Sales, Marketing, and customers to understand trends and develop pricing and customer promotion recommendations.
  • •Conduct data and trend analysis to track programming, profitability, and forecast impact on P/L; report monthly to leadership.
  • •Develop and administer annual customer programs for hundreds of customers and create ideas to grow businesses and achieve sales targets.
  • •Manage salesforce data, pricing best practices, and quoting for account managers; identify process gaps and improve pricing integrity and accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Masters/MBA preferred) with 8+ years in a corporate setting in pricing management, data analytics, business operations, process improvement, sales finance, business development, or consulting.
  • •Experience and accountability for pricing management, profitability tracking, and revenue/profit improvement planning.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align internal teams and gain approval within tight timelines.
  • •Advanced Excel skills with experience building and navigating financial and mathematical models.
  • •Salesforce experience (mandatory).
