Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers to understand business challenges, security and infrastructure requirements, digital transformation objectives, and existing technology environments; conduct assessments of customer infrastructure, cloud, and security landscapes; support technical requirements and contribute to RFP/RFI documentation; act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
•Position Microsoft solutions by articulating business value, competitive advantages, technical capabilities, and security/operational benefits; demonstrate advantages over competitors; support evaluations and decision-making; prepare technical proposals, presentations, architecture recommendations and response documentation
•Design and position solutions across Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Microsoft Security & Compliance, Defender Suite, Sentinel, Azure AD, Purview, Intune, and on-premise solutions; advise on Azure sizing, migration, and modernization; maintain awareness of cloud/security best practices
•Lead customer workshops, demonstrations, solution presentations and executive briefings; deliver tailored insights addressing business/technical challenges; educate customers on Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity capabilities; support enablement initiatives across Microsoft technologies
•Contribute to pipeline generation and opportunity development; assist with qualification, technical validation, and deal progression; collaborate with Sales and Account Management to align technical and commercial strategies

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Microsoft solution sales, Technical presales, Cloud and infrastructure consulting, Enterprise ICT environments
•Strong expertise across Microsoft Cloud, Security, Productivity, Infrastructure solutions
•Strong understanding of Enterprise security principles, Cloud migration and modernization, Identity and access management, Data protection and compliance solutions
•Experience supporting enterprise and strategic customer engagements
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field
