Prepare reports for client meetings and help run quarterly billing by verifying statements and uploading management fees.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as liaison between client, West Financial Services, and the custodian; support relationship building for Relationship and Portfolio Managers.
•Set up and administer client accounts, including funding, documentation processing, and maintaining account relationships in portfolio reporting and rebalancing systems.
•Process client administrative requests such as account updates, distributions, deposits, and transfers; review cost basis and coordinate accuracy with back office.
•Reconcile systems and research cash/position/market value exceptions; maintain and index client files in the document management system.
•Prepare reports for client meetings and support quarterly invoicing by running statements, verifying accuracy, and uploading management fees to the custodian.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business/finance is preferred.
•Experience in the finance or investment industry is preferred.
•Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
•Interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset focused on excellent client service.
•Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
