Job Summary

Lead Airalo’s APAC partnership strategy across Strategic Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Channel Sales, and Corporate Sales. Build and grow a partnerships leadership team, manage negotiations with strategic partners, and maintain relationships that drive profitability and B2B/B2B2C growth. Shape the partnerships roadmap, define OKRs, and streamline operations with improved SOPs while collaborating closely with Partner Experience, Product, and Engineering teams. Represent Airalo at industry events across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with the VP of Partnerships and partner team members to lead APAC partnership efforts.
•Build, lead, and mentor a team of Partnerships Managers with in-country teams supporting affiliate marketing, channel sales, and corporate sales.
•Lead partner negotiations with strategic partners within APAC and maintain relationships to drive profitability and growth.
•Shape partnerships products and collaborate with Partner Experience Product and Engineering teams.
•Represent Airalo at major industry events across APAC and own APAC Partnerships OKRs.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, or business development in a high-growth B2B and/or B2B2C environment.
•5+ years of experience building and managing high-performance teams.
•Experience in Traveltech / Consumer tech industries (advantage).
•Ability to develop compelling partnership proposals, including story/problem framing for users.
•Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Korean is desirable).
