  • •Own end-to-end management of the Travel & Expenses (T&E) and Communication categories globally, including sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, program strategy, and policy.
  • •Design, implement, and manage a new Vendor Risk Management program covering 9,000+ vendors worldwide, including risk assessment frameworks, due diligence processes, and ongoing monitoring.
  • •Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders to identify needs, standardize requirements, and translate them into procurement and risk strategies.
  • •Scout, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers at local, regional, and global levels, balancing cost, quality, and risk.
  • •Lead and develop a team by setting priorities, coaching for growth, and ensuring execution against goals.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or a related field, including experience managing and developing a team.
  • •Experience managing the Travel & Expense (T&E) category.
  • •Experience designing or running a vendor risk management, compliance, or due diligence program.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • •C1-level English and Spanish, required at a negotiation level, written and spoken.
