Bilingual Technical Sales Specialist (English/French)

Support customers by recommending tailored products and services through outbound calls focused on retention, sales, and service. Build rapport, resolve issues on first contact, and educate customers to create needs while meeting sales and retention KPIs. Accurately document interactions across multiple systems, communicate pricing and promotions, maintain product knowledge and confidentiality, and follow up to expand opportunities. Work remotely from Ontario under a 6-month contract schedule.
