Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Sales Operations AI and Automation roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering high-value AI use cases.
  • •Analyze current Sales Operations processes and redesign manual, high-volume activities into automated, agent-led workflows to improve scalability and productivity.
  • •Architect and implement AI agents, copilots, conversational experiences, and intelligent automation integrated with business systems including Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Certinia.
  • •Design governed AI solution patterns (including agentic architectures and RAG) using enterprise data sources, plus evaluation pipelines and automation.
  • •Implement AI guardrails (quality controls, privacy, compliance, security, responsible AI) and drive adoption with enablement, training, documentation, success metrics, and impact reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data and Analytics, or AI.
  • •Solid understanding of modern AI system concepts (memory management, planning, tool orchestration, model evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, responsible AI).
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and modern application development technologies including APIs, Angular, React, and TypeScript.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI agents and workflows using tools/frameworks such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, LangChain, Mindflow, Power Platform, or similar frameworks.
